This individual will be the Enterprise Logistics Operation's support to the Oversight & Disposition Team. Duties will include coordinating task order requirements with LOG personnel, PMO, Production Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and LOG leadership. This candidate will perform analytics, monitor, and correct reports to meet metric requirements. The candidate will ensure that the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material. Plan, schedule, and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives. Maintain a complete understanding and application of business principals, concepts, practices and standards. Work with DOD systems. Understand DOD logistics terminology. Work with Microsoft software programs. Work effectively with the internal functional areas in taking direction, answering questions, and handling issues that need resolution. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of LOG processes.
Knowledge of DoD supply chain processes and procedures. Able to learn DoD logistics terminology. Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop, and create documents. Experience and a strong knowledge of applying advance database techniques for extracting querying and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various sources. Experience in warehousing best practices. Ability to multi-task in a high tempo environment with competing priorities. Able to work in team oriented environment and have proficient communication skills.
