  • Analyze routes within their base and across operating territories to identify potential efficiencies. Responsible for making recommendations for improvement efficiencies.
  • Responsible for all technology needs, including phones, radios, and computers. Must serve as an on-site expert.
  • Review and analyze existing technology to determine if needs are being met. Responsible for the implementation of all new technology.

  • Act as the point of contact and manage all safety related issues. Direct employees through the administrative process for accidents and/or vehicle damage.
  • Design and implement all CORI notifications procedures and documentation for school districts. Audit for accuracy. Responsible for all compliance with contracts.
  • Conduct monthly administrative inspections in your office
  • Work on special projects when assigned by management

  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Internet, and typing skills
  • Exceptional analytical and reconciliation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to our team and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
  • Strong listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience where a high attention to detail and quality in job tasks is expected
  • The ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and use time management tools to ensure proper follow-up
  • A self-driven work ethic needed, must be able to work independently
  • A valid driver's license and must be able to obtain a 7D license
