DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Experience and knowledge in construction/demolition
* General knowledge of day-to-day dismantlement/demolition operations and knowledge of hand & power tool usage
* Willingness to learn new procedures or tasks
* Experience managing personnel and running work
* Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings
* Follow good construction safety practices and following company code of ethics, policies and procedures
* Operates equipment in a clean and efficient manner
* Assures demolition is always conducted in a safe manner
* Production driven
* Must be willing to care for and maintain tools and equipment in addition to other duties
* Able to measure, mark and record areas where work is to be performed and has been completed
* Assisting other trade workers as necessary
* Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, the ability to track, record and plan work tasks, be able to work safely and promote a safe work environment
* Ability to lift, pull, push up to 100 pounds
* Work in various weather and job location conditions
* Ability to occasionally work irregular hours and weekends
* Ability to understand and follow directions and take instruction in English

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum of five (5) years of experience, including supervisor for demolition projects
* Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
* Outstanding organizational skills
* Diligent with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Travel is possible more than 50 percent of the time
