    SALES - Outside IT SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER / IT SHERPA

    We are looking for a passionate product champion for our MSP/IT solutions offerings!

    Job Description/Mission: The Outside IT SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for:

    following up on new leads

    visiting potential customers

    providing customer service

    managing the sales on-boarding process of their customer

    Maintaining the customer once on-boarded.

    This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Functions include: product pricing, research, configuration and product information.

    Experience and Skills Desired: The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates is a must. Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills are also required. Solid problem solving and consultative skills are a must. Must be self driven, motivated and results-oriented. Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, as well as internal personnel. Must be able to solve problems thoroughly and work well under pressure. Must be able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and be able to multi-task effectively.

    We will provide sales training on product to be sold and internal systems.

    Compensation is base plus commission, and bonuses! There is no compensation cap on this position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25,000.00 to $125,000.00+ /year
